We are Mid Tenn Motorcycle
Through different levels of motorcycle training and education programs offered by Mid Tenn Motorcycling Education Center, participants can experience motorcycling, learn to ride, or improve their riding skills. The courses are presented in cooperation with the Tennessee State Motorcycle Rider Education Program and the Motorcycle Safety Foundation. Successful completion of the Basic Rider Course (BRC) or the Experienced Rider Course (ERC)/Basic Rider Course II (BRC2) waive the written and driving portions of the Tennessee Department of Motor Vehicles licensing test and you earn your Class M Motorcycle License. By law, Tennessee insurance companies offer a 10% discount on motorcycle insurance for completion of this course. Rider Coaches for our program are all experienced motorcycle operators and are certified nationally by the Motorcycle Safety Foundation. Why Mid Tenn Motorcycle?
Mid Tenn Motorcycle Education Center has been teaching people to ride motorcycles since 1998. We are the premier motorcycle rider-training program in Middle Tennessee. We have (5) five sites in Middle Tennessee including Nashville, Murfreesboro, Clarksville and Columbia/Spring Hill. We have won multiple awards from the State of Tennessee for outstanding motorcycle training program, including Program of the Year in 2016. We care about motorcycle safety and know the students in our class today will be the riders we see in our community tomorrow. We strive to provide the best possible motorcycle rider education experience. We are constantly investing in new training motorcycles, attending conferences to keep on top of professional development, and our experienced Rider Coaches are dedicated to providing the Motorcycle Safety Foundation curriculum to riders of all experience and skill levels.
Winner Motorcycle Safety Program of the Year
We have several awards from the State of Tennessee for outstanding training program including Training Program of the Year for 2016.
In January of 2013, Mid Tenn Motorcycle Education Center was awarded the State of Tennessee’s “Motorcycle Safety Program of the Year” award by the Motorcycle Rider Education Program (MREP), Tennessee Department of Safety and Homeland Security. We have also received national recognition for our program from the Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF). We are honored to have received such prestigious recognition for our efforts to develop safe and prudent motorcycle riders.
I had excellent coaches! I had never sat on a bike before those days, but they made learning so easy! They both were patient, skillful, and knowledgeable. My experience was great and I highly recommend this course to new and experienced riders. They taught me everything I need to know to start riding safety.
Just finished the basic course. The coaches made everyone feel comfortable and at ease. They were extremely knowledgeable and took the time and care necessary for each individual student. I highly recommend taking this class with Mid Tenn. Thanks guys, I had a blast and made some new friends!!
I took the class last weekend (21 June - 22 June). I had no experience with motorcycle before I took this class. I was a little nervous at first but my coaches were very good at breaking down information and were able to meet each individual at their experience level. This class is defiantly work taking. Thanks to both instructors.
